"genuine lenses, no issues"
ordered my usual contact lenses and they seem totally genuine. same packaging and feel as the ones i get from my optician. delivery was fine as well. really happy with them.

I’ve ordered from lenssaver.co.uk a few times now, mostly because they keep having my usual lenses in stock. That’s the main thing for me, since I really don’t want to mess about changing to something else or waiting ages. The order went through fine, nothing complicated, and it turned up as expected. As long as they keep having the ones I use, I’ll probably just stick with them.

I’ve been using Lenssaver for my contacts and the subscription is so convenient!!! They just show up when I need them, which is great because I definitely don’t want to keep remembering to reorder!!! One delivery did arrive a little late once, but overall it’s been really good!!!

My lenses showed up packed really well, with no crushed boxes or messy packaging. i was a bit surprised. It kind of felt like they really didn’t want to deal with returns or complaints, but hey, it worked out for me. Happy with the order.

Ordered my lenses and they showed up really quickly, I think in about 2 days. Packaging was fine and not overdone, which I appreciated because all the extra stuff is unnecessary. Nothing complicated about the whole process, just easy and straightforward. Happy with it

I’m quite particular about my contact lenses, so I always check the prescription, brand, and quantity as soon as they arrive. Everything from lenssaver.co.uk was spot on with no substitutions or mix-ups. That might sound basic, but I’ve had mistakes with other places before, so I really appreciated it. Happy with the order and I’d use them again

Checkout went through in the end, but it was kind of slow and clunky on my phone. I also got a bit annoyed because some of the instructions weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure if I was doing everything right. Payment did go through fine, and the confirmation came quickly after that. Overall, not a bad experience, but it definitely could be smoother and better explained.

"Delivery Took the Scenic Route"
I ordered my usual lenses and the price was decent, so far so good. I even got the dispatch email quickly, which was promising… until the tracking apparently decided to go on a short holiday and sit there doing absolutely nothing for a few days.
They did turn up eventually, and everything was correct, so it wasn’t the end of the world. Just maybe don’t order from them when you’re down to your last pair and expecting speedy delivery, because apparently that’s asking a lot. I’d probably use them again, but I’ll order earlier next time

"Nice to Stay in the Loop"
They did a good job keeping me updated along the way, which I really appreciated. It was nice not having to wonder what was going on, that made the whole experience feel a lot smoother.

I somehow ended up ordering the wrong lenses, probably my own fault, and I was expecting the return to be a bit of a pain. I emailed them anyway and, from what I remember, they got back to me the same day with simple instructions that made it easy.
I sent the box back and the refund showed up sooner than I thought it would. I can’t remember the exact timing, but there wasn’t any back and forth or awkward questions, which was a relief. Overall it was handled well, and I’d use lenssaver.co.uk again.
